Also a human resources manager for a multinational company in Italy where she develops creative instructional planning in PNL, Leadership and Communication Skills for her team-works from Sales Department.

Her mission is to support emerging fashion designers and thanks to her powerful relationships with style leaders amplify the scouting concept for emerging talents to international catwalks and important trade shows in the world.
